I am looking at buying some wheels that are 15 x 6. This is the same dimensions as the factory wheels that are currently on the truck.

The wheels I am looking at have a 3 1/2 inch "backspace" or "offset". Will these fit my 87 bronco 2?

Im not a technician, and this may be a basic question. Thanks in advance for any answers or help.

That is back set which is the distance from the edge of the inside portion of the rim to the mounting surface. The easiest way to confirm the fit is to take one of your wheels and lay a straightedge across the rim and measure to the mounting surface. The Offset is the distance from the center line of the wheel to the mounting surface. A couple of links to help you understand the subject https://www.rsracing.com/tech-wheel.html http://www.fourwheeler.com/techarticles/wh...ette/index.html

Good luck,

:)>-
