ya i did this on my 89 bronco. What i did was run the wires from the start relay to the dash and used the push button i had mounted on there to activate the relay. I Also tied a toggle switch in for the ignition power. It's a pain though running all the wires, and you will have to get rid of the steering wheel lock otherwise you wont be able to drive. This is also a bad idea if you live anywhere with a high rate of theft because there is no hotwiring required once they get in, just hit the switch and go. If that is a problem for you i'd suggest putting the toggle switch somewhere that only you would know about (under the dash, behind the sun visor).Been thinking for a while now about eliminating my current ignition switch and install a push button starter w/ toggle.
