I'm looking at getting a 1990-1996 full size, i work at a ford dealer in the parts department, and have found a couple i really like at great prices, but anyways, i'm new to the bronco scene and i am not wanting to go huge, but i was looking at 4-6" lift and i'm wanting to tuck 36-37 tires, maybe a lil bigger is the 4-6" big enough or do i need bigger also, i'm gonna gear the truck up also, so i've been looking at the dana 80 pretty heavy duty, but which gears would work better, 4.10s or lower. any help would be greatly appreciated, thanx

I have a 6 inch on my 89 and it clears 35 inch swampers nicely and it has 4:10 which running down the road at 70 MPH its turning 3500 RPM kinda miss the overdrive for that reason . If you add a 3 inch body with a 6 suspension I know you can clear 39/18/16.5 mickey thompson baja,s . :D /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" />

Make sure if you put that big of tires on it to pay close attention to the alignment.

im glad you plan on an axle swap, the 8.8 wont support any larger than a 35" id recomend the sterling 10.25" rear end tho.. although depending on the year of the bronco and the year of the axle you may have to fabricate some type of VSS or your tranny wont shift gears for you....... good luck and sounds like a **** of a build up... oh and go solid axle in the front when you lift it, you will have no regrets aside from the dent in your wallet
