postive terminal on fuse box.

Is there a positive terminal on the fuse box (the one under the hood) so I can hook up extra things such as lights? If not where else can you hook things up besides the battery?

I normally just use a distribution block so I dont have to worry about hurting any of the trucks stock wiring. A short is never good on the trail.

First thing you should know is Ford has had problems with corrosion in the harness.

That said, I would suggest you start from scratch and make your own wiring system for all of your add-on acc. You don't need to get as elaborate as mine but you will need a large wire from the battery and at least the same size to the chassis for the ground. You will also need fuses, relays & breakers.

I have pictures of my setup in my gallery to give you an idea as to how to do it.

Before you start you need to plan ahead, try to figure out what you are going to install now and in the future or at least make your setup easy to add to.

Hey thanks shadow but your wirings way to freaking crazy for me haha and how do you plan ahead you never know what the future holds am i right? Right now she becoming a show truck so im putting stupid shit like a sound system some lights video screens and a coffee maker if you knew my life you'd understand the coffee maker. Do you suggest getting another battery like an optima and a new alternator? I was gonna get a powermater alternator that pushes out 140amp. What kind of extras do you have in yours for you too need so much wiring?
