i did the self test 3 times, all power drains were off, no vacuum leaks, and plenty of antifreeze - but everytime i try to initiate the self test, it will wait about 10 sec. and then flash the code 63, tp circuit below minimum voltage. but it flashes the same code about 6 or 7 times. i dont understand this. am i missing something obvious?? please help if you have an idea

These links should be helpful.

This one has a drawing of the pinouts for the TPS

http://www.fordfuelinjection.com/?p=30

This thread is a how to pull codes thread, but at post #15 it links to how to change and adjust your TPS.

http://broncozone.com/forums/index.php?s=&...ost&p=74581

If I recall correctly, your TPS should be getting 5 volts from the PCM, and at idle it should send back between 0.5 volts, and 1.0 volts.

IF so, make sure your connections to the TPS are clean, (CRS electronic contact cleaner is a handy dandy for that purpose).
