Oil guage fluctuations

I can't figure this one out. I've got a 91 Bronco 4X4 whenever the engine is idleing the oil pressure shoots to low and when I give it some gas it levels out for a second then shoot sback down to low. Any Ideas.

Also the oil dipstick is missing, I can't find a junk yard near that has any 5.0 bronco's, can I use one from any ford 5.0.

you should watch that close cuz my bronco ll did the same thing and the bottom end of my engine went out put some oil in but watch it.

sounds like an oil pump is going might be wise to replace it [-o<
