O.K so when I am out playing in the dirt and I climb a hill the bronco dies. I know the problem is the carb not getting enough fuel. so what is the trick to keeping the truck running when you are going up a steep hill and you have to go slow?

Holleys are great on a flat surface but most of them are not a favorite when off road. Probably your solution will be a different carb designed for off road. http://www.offroaders.com/directory/produc...uck-avenger.htm.

I have seen lots of folks with older carbed rig be forced to back up hills. espesialy when you combine real steep with 13000 feet of elevation.
