no power on the ol 89

Sounds like a 90 model i just fixed O2 sensor was bad
it has a 351 i just did a jasper crate motor maybe 5k miles ago and im gona do a fuel filter and check the fuel pressure but im not sure it has absulutly no power barely will maintain 45 it did it suddenly it was fine and then i went to get on the highway and it had no power at all
