I have a 95 Bronco XLT 5.0 302. Winter is coming and I have no heat. The blower works fine, just no heat. I checked pretty much everything. Both of the heater core hoses feel hot. I even took off both of the hoses and flushed water in the supply line and the water came out of the return line. Does this mean that the heater core is working or not? I really don't know what the problem could be, unless its in the actual controls in the vehicle. Please someone help. Thanks

When you turn on your blower, do you get air of any temperature out of the system? From what you said, it sounds like the heater core is good.

The Ford system is to run water thru the heater core all the time. Temperature is controlled by a temperture blend door that is cable controlled. Check the cable attachment to the door under the dash on the passenger side. It should move when you turn the temperature control ****.

Good luck,

:)>-

I too am having difficulty with my heat... I can turn the heat all the way up and it works fine. If i click it one notch below high the heat comes out like its on low. The low and the next position after low doesn't blow anything out at all! Does anyone know what would cause this or why this is happening?
