Hi everyone! I'm new to all this stuff. And I just want to know wat the difference is between a suspension lift and a body lift. THANKS!

Suspension lift- lifts body + frame off of axles.

Body lift- lifts body off of frame.

Depends on budget and what you want to accomplish. Body lifts are cheaper but it raises center of gravity off of frame. Suspension costs more. What size tire do you plan on running? You can always combine both lifts.
