Hello all!

Finally got the truck working, though still clearing issues with the previous owner. Truck has been nothing but problems... i guess that's ford. Second starter acting up... have to do the old bang the starter trick to get the truck to start sometimes. Just found the new 100 amp alternator diode bad... New 160 amp alternator coming. To the mods...

Truck:

1995 Ford Bronco 5.0 302EFI A4OD XLT

Mods:

Shorty 5.0 Mustang headers

Dual Exhaust

Flowmaster Series 40 2.25' pipes, NO cats, EGR delete

New oil pan gasket, rear main (had to remove the intake, jack the motor, remove the manifolds, cut the exhaust, re-weld the exhaust, rebuild oil pump, remove distributor, ugh)

Ford Racing 9mm wires (don't do this, you won't find wire looms!)

SixLitre tuneup... found previous owner flipped the distributor 180 degrees... very hard timing the truck until we found this~

MSD coil, cap and rotor

13 degrees advance

Hypertech Chip.... (didn't work. Threw the O/D light on on put the tranny into limp home mode. Haven't called them back yet to troubleshoot)

In long island, ny. looking for advice, truck shows, off-roading etc.

This truck is mainly geared for better fuel mileage, and performance. We can't off-road legally in Long Island, so I wanted to make sure the engine and drivetrain are functioning correctly before I started to lift the truck. Can't wait to put the Skyjacker 6" lift with new radius arms. After being under the truck for so long, i noticed the bushing are all shot.

Still have issues with the passenger vent window, blend door, interior.

Check engine light is on until I clear the code with the EGR sensor.

I DO love my truck! Next vehicle will be a Chevy!
