I have a 1990 Full Size EB Edition 5.0L 302 AOD Tranny (New) - went through the process correctly to make sure fluid level was correct. All as well on initial part of test drive (aprox. 5 miles at low speeds in-town). As soon as it warmed up and went to higher speeds i noticed it did not wasn to shift to the next gear then totally would go out of gear completely. I ended up having to wait to let it set then restart and made it home with it only in low gear. I could hear some noise that sounded like it came from the transfer case (BW 1356). I did lock the hubs and put it into 4x4 now the lights on the dash won't go off and it feels and sounds like it won't get out of 4WD. Despite being totally frustrated I am at a complete loss. Any assistance would greatly be appreciated.

I should also add now that I have left it along for the night that it still won't get out of 4WD even after disconnecting the wires. Please direct me to where I can go to find an answer. THanks!
