Greetings,

I have owned several Broncos and currently in the process of cleaning up a 94' XLT (5.8l with 190k miles). I'd like to clean up the small issues myself and eventually move on to paint, lift, rims and tires.

I am in the process of trouble shooting the speed control issue and wanted to get some feedback from the forum.

The recall was done by myself. I have gone down this list and the only issue I could see was the less than 1 ohm with the "off depressed"(1.8). Everything else checked out. Not sure if that is the speed control button or what. Feedback is appreciated. Thanks!

I had to pull the horn cover and clean the contacts on my buttons and one point.

They still act up but repeated attempts to turn it on usually works.

Is there a release on the switches? I didn't see any at first glance. Thank you for the feedback

Yes I do.The airbag comes out with a 10mm socket. I was referring to the plastic buttons.
