Ok, so I recently was bitten by the Ford Bronco bug. I just bought a 1996(last year model made) Silver Ford Bronco as you can see by the picture attached. I am super psyched about learning how to customize this beast for my own likings.

So, are there any suggestions when jumping in, the first thing I am gonig to do is convert this mammoth to a dual exhaust system and dual headers, there is a leak in the exhaust pipe so once I replace the headers(where the leak is) it will eliminate that problem. The window has a crack in it,the search light has a short in the wirering, the back window's tinting(the sticky stuff) got into the window motor so that all has to be tken off and cleaned. The shifter on the steering column is loose. NEW TIRES will def be needed. I will be doing body mods, like on the front bumper right under neath there is a plastic piece I want to remove. Probably a 2in suspension lift. and some performance upgrade along the way. Link to some great websites and some advice would be greatly AP'd

Much thanks! ;) I used to be really into GMC JIMMY's the old school versions not the new ones but they just didn't pack enough power AND are not too good with performance. There tranny's can't really handle a lot of rough horse play.

The Bronco is where it's at. I am sure I will have a lot of fun just learning how to handle her.

The bronco I have is pretty straight stock. So, I am sure I can do a lot to help this beast breathe.

More picture!!!!!

Sawzall and a good short metal blade will cut them rivets that hold that black plastic air dam to the bottom of the bumper. And Broncograveyard.com will have a lot of the parts you seem to need. Also LMCtruck.com will provide you with a free magazine of aftermarket and factory parts too. Good luck and welcome!
