yo MEDIC

It happens often, esp. after not being touched for many moons.

spray BB blaster oir a home brew of 50% mix of acetone (my better-half's nail polish remover) & PS or auto tranny fluid) at it for two or three days

remember to change the oil bec. of penetrating **** may flow down. I once used a plumber's strap wrench to turn it. Can rig up a homemade strap wrench or use channel locks or a long pipe wrench

Or ask local shop to heat block area there w/a torch, but must be careful not to damage some nearby parts (sensors, etc.).

GL!
