Hey guys, been a while but looking for some advice. I have a 1990 Bronco and am having a vibration when driving around 40 mph. The problem is that it does not do it all the time so it make diagnosing a chore. Everything up front is in good shape, and when vibrating the whole truck shakes, the streering wheel is smooth and if speed is lowered it will go away. Pulling my hair out with this one, any ideas would help. Thanks

You might want to check to see if wheel bearings are bad, or u-joints are worn, or if driveshaft is out-of-balance or bent. Are the tires in balance?

Wheel bearings are good, and if u-joints were bad or the tires were bad I figured it would shake all the time. Right?

Check the rear driveshaft CV one of the ujoints is probably bad or the center pin . Mine would vibrate really bad at certain speeds then calm down at lower speeds . :D /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" />
