Ok here is the situation I have had my Bronco now for about 2 years now I have trimmed the fenders, repainted it put on some thornbirds and a HEI dizzy. and now I am kind of bored with it. I live in the desert and when we go play we take the quads now and not the bronco. so I have been thinking about another project. I found this 66 Ford galaxie with a 428 its in decent shape but it will be a project and that is what I am looking for. this guy want to trade me striaght across for this I really like tihis car but I know I will miss my bronco. what do you all think?

Honestly Broncos are a heck of a lot easier to come by than A 66 Galaxie with a 428. I'd go for it, Broncos are a dime a dozen right now.

if you dont have any other reason to keep the bronco i would go for it. mine has sentimental value that i couldnt get with another one. but if it didnt it would have been gone long ago and i would have found one in better shape. 80-86 body style are a little harder to come by in good shape but there are enough repopped panels out there for them.

That Galaxie is REALLY RARE with that 428. I'd do it, Broncos aren't a rare bird and if you wanted one again you'll find one. That's what happened to me.

GL with it!

I bought mom & dad a 66 when I was in da Navy back in 67... great looks - but..it was stolen and never recovered 2 yrs later.

It had the rear vent panel that let air flow thru w/windows uo.. great turnpike cruiser

Enjoy!
