I am gathering all the parts I need for my 5 speed swap bbut I am not sure if I need driveshafts for a 5speed truck or if I can reuse my old ones. Its a 95 with a 6" lift.

yo Otto

Are you going w/ZF or the M5OD swap?

M5OD

according to Ben; E4OD to M5OD Swap & Parts List in a 93Source: by Havack (Ben P) via miesk5 at Ford Bronco Zone Forums

Drive shaft for the rear. Front can be cut down, but the rear needs to be longer. 3.25 inches longer to be exact. Any longer rear drive shaft will do. You will need to cut and balance it. Plan on new u-joints and if a Bronco a new carrier bearing in the rear to make it balance right.

front driveshaft shortened

rear drive shaft lengthened

next on the list is figuring out that damn neutral safety so i can get the truck to fire and building a new rear drive shaft.

we have been able to cut costs quite a few ways so far on the swap as we did alot of measuring and i am able to use the front driveshaft out of the F-250 and reuse the starter from the F250 as well.
