yo JOSH,

WELCOME!

I hope it would be California Air Resources Board CERTIFIED as well as the BBK, etc.

see http://www.arb.ca.gov/msprog/aftermkt/devices/amquery.php

using their search for Air Flow Sensor it does show;

Pro-M Mass Air Flow Sensor

75BP2R-FS3 1994-95 Full Size Trucks/SUV 5.0/5.8 liter engine and statement is; "The Pro-M Mass Air Flow Sensor is designed with two main parts: the sensor body and the electronics. The body is manufactured out of a one piece metal casting, and contains an inlet tube, the sensor mounting, and an outlet tube. The electronics are manufactured by Ford Motor Company as a stock replacement. The sensor fits in the stock location with no modifications to the vehicle's electrical system or intake air system."

So verify that any kit is ARB certified and it has a sticker you can place inside engine bay when getting the Bronco inspected.
