Ron,
after spending more time than I'd like to admit looking around online I see that there are a few BellTech kits for Excursions & SuperDuty's but everything offered is really just an airbag kit designed to work with a modified chip & the factory compressor to drop the truck. The root of the problem here is that it's just a plain bitch to slam a 4x4. The basic Ford design just doesn't take well to this. The Lincolns do better since they have a factory air-suspension to begin with & that's just easier to **** with. To slam a Bronco will really require some fabrication & engineering and truth be told that's probably better done by a professional shop that's both done it before & willing to accept the liability for the mods. A 2" drop is doable & like several guys have mentioned you should be able to do it by putting in shorter front coils & either dropping the rear shackles or removing leafs. Quite honestly that's that. If you want a 2" drop then replace the coils & pull a leaf or two or install dropped shackles & be done with it. Beyond that you get into some significant engineering.
If you want a slammed SUV the Bronco is just a bad choice. A 2WD Explorer or Chevy will be the way to go. If there were a reasonable or easy way to do it there would be kits. The fact that *nobody* offers a kit should be your first clue that there are some pretty difficult issues to resolve.
