What size suspension lift do i need if i have 35's on my bronco I have a 1990 full size with a 3" body lift I dont like the gap between the body and the bumper
are you planning on taking out the body lift and going to a suspension lift? if so a 4" lift should do ya just fine but alotta guys go 6" with 35's. sweet ride by the way!!!
id google relocation brackets and see what you can find. I did and it seems alot of people make their own and it doesn'tseem too hard, that and you can get gap guards if you don't already have them for in-between the frame and body inside of the wheel wells
Is your truck going to be a DD and how much off road use to expect to see? I run a 6" suspension on mine and really like it off road compared to my previous Broncos that had 3" of suspension lift on 33's. You should have good on road behavior with a 4" set-up, but will sacrifice offroad ability when comparing to the 6". You will also have a much smaller margin for error under highway driving conditions with the 6".
It's hard to go wrong, but 1 set-up may suit your needs a little better than the other.
I have a 6" on my 89 and 35" tires and it fits perfect. I have a lot of fender room left but not too much. a 4" would be cutting it a little close. would probably rub during articulation.
