Keeping my little 170

I've pretty much made up my mind to keep the little 170 but I was wondering if anyone has built there bronco using the small engines. Lift kits , bigger tires, will it be ok to use the six banger and can you guys show me some examples of people using this setup. I'm attaching a picture of a bronco that has the look that I want for my truck . Thanks !

That truck looks to have a 3+ inch lift & maybe even a body lift.  Possibly 35" tires.

35's will require gear changes in the axles.

I have 456's in the axles with 32" tires.  And a 2.5 inch lift.

My I-6 has more power than I'll ever use.
