That looks like all of the basic parts to a suspension lift kit. The shock at top os a steering damper or stabilizer, sort of an extra for the kit. (Some brands do not have that included). The longer coil springs and dropped Pitman (steering) arm for the front, along with radius arm and axle pivot drop brackets. If you have quad front shocks and want to continue to use two per side, you will need two additional shocks. For the rear, you have longer u-bolts and blocks for the stock leaf springs along with two shocks. Plus the mounting hardware.

You can purchase longer brake lines or just re-locate the stock ones. You may need new camber bushings for the front end alignment, too. A competent alignment shop can get those for you if needed, and I think Superlift is one of the few if not the only kit that comes with both those items.

The Rough Country 4" kit you show in the pic sells for about $450.00 if you shop around. Good luck!!!
