That is a problem generally from one caliper grabbing before the other. Or one not working properly. Who bled the brakes? Sounds like they need to be bled again. Maybe flush all the old Brake Juice out as well, and replace with new. Then follow the CORRECT bleeding procedure.

i could also be a bad valve? if your portioning vavles and what not aren't working correctly they will cause the braking to be greatly affected by different timing and pressures. just another thought of an area to check.
