Hi everyone, I'm a new Bronco owner/lover (I love my truck). I just recently got a beautiful 1988 Ford Bronco XLT. She's beautiful, we picked her up for $400 there was some work that we had to put in to her, and when I say we, I mean my husband as I stand on the sidelines cheering him on. I have always loved trucks and wanted to own one of my own, well my wonderful husband made my dream come true. I was shocked when he told me she was mine. We had to keep her in the town where we bought her until we did some work on her, I waited over a month to get her home. We were finally able to bring her home on Saterday, she didn't have a topper yet (we bought one but haven't gotten it yet). I was so anxious to get her home that I drove her for over an hour with no topper and the driver's side window down (got to get a motor for that window)to get her home, I live in upper Michigan so you can imagine how cold it was. My hubby kept asking me if I wanted to drive his truck for a while to warm up, I told him "nope I'm a diehard" actually I just loved driving her so much that I wasn't about to give up the opportunity to drive her. The next day my hubby and I washed and waxed her, she is just beautiful. I've never really worked on cars, but I hope to learn and be able to lend a hand when I can. The pics I'm posting are from when she was being worked on, but I will post more as we get more done. I'm glad that there are sights like this for those of us Bronco lovers. Thanks everyone.
