I just trade a car for this Eddie Bauers Edition Bronco 2. It is in good shape, runs good. The only problem I have that it shakes pretty bad. It really only starts doing this when I am reaching speeds of approx. 45-50 mph. While I am at these speeds I can let off the gas pedal, and the shaking stops. But when I press on the gas to conitnue my speed it goes back to the shaking. Note it only does this while doing highway speeds, not while driving around town, doing speeds from 0-40 mph. The guy I bought it from told me that it did this. He mentioned that he thinks it is probably the U joint needing replaced. I am putting this blog up for other possibilities, so I can narrow it down. You answers are much appreciated, thank you 2 those that do! <_<

You've probably done this already (checked the obvious), but . . .

This is exactly what happens with a badly unbalanced wheel/tire. I once bought a set of tires online for my B2, and they were so bad the local tire shop could not balance them. (They were not round, and known as "Hoppers" in the tire industry.)

As well as the "wheel stand" exercise andre suggested, you might also get some insight by switching tires around. Or just take them in for a balance.
