I have been on here reading everyday for a week since I have found all of you. Im almost want to call you my new best friends. I mean most of my friends drive hybrids or hondas soI am thrilled to find a group of people that love broncos as much as I do. **** last night I drove 65 miles there and 65 miles back just to look at a pile of scrap that once was an 89. I spent 80.00 in gas just to go rummage through the rusted up mpv. But good news I bought a new center console for mine because my cup holders bottoms were broke out and a spare set of tail lights (you never know when they can come handy) for one 10.00 bill. Yet it was the drive there not knowing what could be in that scrap bronco that could be salvaged for my Stock 95 xlt. This is my first Ford Bronco and I love it, the only other one that could compare would have been my Flareside 79 Ford 150 Highboy I bought just out of high school. But the Bronco is a Beast of its own. My son who just turned 3 loves it he calls it "Daddys dinosaur truck" I dont know where he got it he just started calling it that one day and hasnt quit. Mabey its because it dark green and towers over my wifes Alero. But thats my Intro and I hope to be talkin with you all and reading everyones thoughts and feelings on everything BRONCO!!

Yeah, I hear ya on the hybrids

In the Food market parking lot last week, a lady in a Prius pulled in next to me and basically scorned the Bronco w/an evil look and had the nerve (now, we're in a crowded lot, about 30 lanes of parked vehicles from the sidewalk and NO ONE could see us.. capice?) to tell me that I'm polluting the air and I should be ashamed of myself.

Well, I expected that from her evil look at the Bronco, so I replied; "Well Pilgrim, I haven't lost my temper in 40 years; but, Pilgrim, you're causing a lot of trouble this morning & somebody oughta belt you in the mouth. ..But I won't. I won't

She got back in her Prius and took off.
