Sorry first post was interrupted.. Anyway I am at wits end I have gone through my carb adjusted everything checked two and three times but I can not get the carb to allow me to hit full throttle without bogging if I roll on the throttle its fine.. it happens at any speed of idle or going down the highway.. I have no idling problem or any other problems. I even ran the valves. I am lost.. Any ideas.. Oh yea its a 79 with a 351 and auto trans..

Mine does pretty uch the same thing. I think mine is related to the accelerator pump. It was leaking originally and I replaced it. When I look in to the carb when durring a quick acceleration I don't see any fuel being squirted in to the carb by the accelerator pump after the initail one squirt. I think the little ball in there is jaming up and stopping the flow of fiel.

I bought a carb rebuild kit for it, and will have someone clean it ultrasonically for me.
