High Emission EEC or Federal?

I have to buy a new EEC and the emmision laws in my state are not enforced. Would i benefit performance-wise with a High Emission EEC or a Federal Emission EEC? Or are they near the same?

Hey Kyle,

It's my belief that the federal guidelines are more compatible with a larger segment of parts in the aftermarket.

I would go that way just for the greater options.

What you are calling High Emission, I believe is for stricter standards such as Calif.

I also thing a greater possibility for performance enhancment is to be had with the fed standard EEC.
