Does anyone know what this connector is for? (Gray, 6-wire connector with 1 black, 1 white, 2 green, and 2 pink wires) It's behind the brake pedal of my 90 Bronco II.

This picture is from a different vehicle, but shows how it should be connected. In my Bronco, the gray portion is not connected to anything. It simply had a wire jumping 2 of the pins. Now that wire has fallen out and I can't start the vehicle. Not sure if that's why or if it is irrelevant. Either way, I'm pretty sure it's supposed to be connected to a relay which I want to purchase to make things legit.

That looks like it would go to the clutch switch if you had a manual, the plug in the pict is to short the circuits appropriately when you have an auto. I believe the 2pinks are for the start signal

Thank you! I ended up shorting the two pinks until I can find a more novel solution and got it to start
I think your best bet would be a salvage yard. Take the pict in you posted and explain where it physically is and they might help you out
Good luck with it
Cheers!
