Check your coolent level, if it is low, reving the engine may make a difference.

If on the other hand you mean that your blower fan is not blowing, you may just be getting some air blow through the system when the truck is moving.

I think that you mean that the blower is not blowing. First thing to check is your fuses.

Next would be to supply power and a ground to the blower motor to see if it works,

OR to check for power to the motor with a test light.

IF you have power, to it, then supply a good ground to it. IF that works then look for and replace the blower motor resistor (I assume that it has one).

good luck

Yeah has to be a blower or low coolant. My thermostat is stuck open and I place a wooden panel between my radiators to keep air from cooling the large radiator. Summer it gets no hotter than 210 and fall/winter hangs out around 130/140. With my wooden board around 160. I still get great heat, just takes 5 min to get it on a cold night..

yo white91beast,

Great advice from the friends here!

Does the Blower work swell on High Fan Speed?

if so, ck the resistor pack; usually connector/wiring or R pack is burnt out.

NAPA has replacements

Connector for resistor Ford PN E7TZ-19A706-A in 84-96 looks like this;

The red pointer is where the cowl drain boot should be.

"This shows where leaves build up in '80-96 truck ductwork. If they build up around the resistors (green), the entire truck can catch fire if the motor (yellow) is NOT at full speed all the time."

If blower does not work on any speed & ducts etc are clear..., do as our pal Joe advised

A Long Shot;

Temperature Blend Door Cam Spring Does Not Blend Door to Seat Properly was a TSB for 92 Broncos and may apply here; if blower ends up working and heat is not as warm as it should be w/engine & coolant at Norm op tempLack of Heat, Temperature Blend Door Cam Spring Does Not Blend Door to Seat Properly TSB 92-4-13 for Vehicles Built Prior to 11/11/91, 92 Bronco & F Series & F-47 Source: by Ford via Chilton

Sometimes vehicles built late in the production year may get parts fro next MY (model year)

Probably the temp blend door is loose & flopping around on its own. The easiest way to see it is to fully lower the glove box, pull the ~8 screws from the heater core cover, & look inside to the L (driver's side). You'll see the cable & control lever (in top L of 2nd pic) as soon as you fold the glovebox down, so inspect it first. The 3rd shows the whole cover - it's the large section in the top center with tiny white numbers inked near its bottom edge. The cables are visible, too.

I think miesk5 is narrowing in on it. Rereading your original post, I'd suspect that the blower motor or it's control is the culprit. However, I have had leaf debris problems in the past. They pretty much had my ductwork clogged. That is more prevalent with 80-86 Broncos because because of the large slots in the cowl. The small holes in the 87-96 pretty much prevents that problem. By the way, a cowl for the 87 through 92 (I believe it is) has the same profile as the 80-86 and makes a great upgrade. I did that several years ago. Haven't had a problem with leaves since.

Good luck,

:)>-
