The only issue I see is that the differnece in deck height between the two motors.

The point at which the head touches/bolts to the block.

i.e the distance fr. the crank centerline to the top of the "deck"

Assuming you already have a new exhaust system fr. the collector back.., there may be an alignment issue at that bolt-up point., but it's correctable.

By me as to the deck height difference.

Ok thank you that is very helpful, you have any more exhaust tips? Its a 90 bronco 351

I was told 302 headders will not fir a 351 because of one has round exhaust ports and the other has square exhaust ports. is this info correct or what gives.
