first of obviously you need the headers, they should come with bolts and gaskets, if you can upgrade to copper gaskets. then you will have the collectors that come with the headers. depending on your current exhaust system you may need to cut and refab where the pipes connect, with new headers its almost worth running new pipes to separate mufflers out the back, but it gets expensive if you don't have a buddy with a pipe bender. if you want to go cheap then you can cut the old pipes and make them fit as required. depending on the headers they might have a tab for an o2 sensor, otherwise you may want to consider keeping the section that holds the sensor now. if you don't have a welder then cut place and clamp your pipes together, once you are satisfied with the setup then take it to a shop that can weld it up for you.

having a pipe cutter, hack saw or reciprocating saw will make your life easier.

pull the pipes off the manifolds, pull the manifolds off, put in the headers with the new bolts and gaskets, loosely bolt on the collectors, move your pipes into place to see where the ends have to be. cut the pipes where they line up with the headers, (or cut them so they do) disconnecting your muffler may be needed to give your pipes the movement they need. once you get the headers connected to the pipes, add or subtract pipe before the muffler to make it fit again as required.

that is the cheap way to do it.

or take them to a shop and say......Make it Work. doing headers with duals with new mufflers is the most commonly desired setup.

get some lengths of pipe, some 45 degree bends and the hoops over the rear end and make it from scratch yourself.

good luck
