I need to replace mine. They have filled with water and rusted and turned the lenses yellow. The OEM Ford replacement parts are about $111.00 each. Is there any less expensive but same quality part out there and how do you get the old assembly out. It doesn't look very easy.

Thanks

Robert

That's a common problem with 92-96 Bronco's/F150's. I fixed mine before the headlights were ruined. But I'm pretty sure to take them out, all you have to do is remove the plastic trim, then the retaining screws. Install reverse order and get them re-aimed. I'm sure someone else will jump in here if I left something out.

Now...

How I fixed mine. I simply drilled 1/8 inch holes in the bottom corners of the lenses. The holes are not noticeable at all and they allow condensation to drain out and it has not returned. I would suggest you do this to your new ones so the problem does not come back. Jeff's Bronco Graveyard has lenses for $58 each. I could not find them on their website, but here is the page from their Fall/Winter 06/07 Catalog.
