Hard To Find Parts

Anybody have an idea where I might find:

1987 F-150

RTS 4sp top loader tranny

Looking for : the 3 inserts & 2 sping clips that hold them in place

The are located in the 3rd/4th gear clutch inside the tranny.

There is another clutch inside that has the same setup.
