gear ratios

Well you can get away with 4:10,s but if its just a toy and want it to feel like it has tones of tire burning power then Id put 4:88 or 5:13 in it . Theres a guy on ebay that sells brand new Yukon gears for like $129 a set I have used genuine gear and have had no problems . /emoticons/biggrin@2x.png 2x" width="20" height="20" />

4.1's will keep your truck running in the same engine performance range when putting on 33's.

If you go much higher your engine will be screaming at 60 4.88's would give you around 2980 RPM at 60 and 5.13's will give you around 3133 RPM at 60 well outside the optimal operating range for a Bronco engine. If you had overdrive, that would make it more livable but I don't think that was offered in 85. Like Blades said if iit's a toy, and you don't have to use it on the highway, higher gear ratios give you plenty of torque. Just be prepared to possibly snap axles when off roade with a Dana 44. Also, just hook a flexible hose up to your local friendly gas station, they'll love you and so will the tire dealer /emoticons/biggrin@2x.png 2x" width="20" height="20" /> .
