Full Size '89 Bronco Dash

There is a hard plastic strip that goes across the top part of the dash (toward the center console) that rattles like crazy in the cold weather in my Bronco. How the heck do I get that strip off (without breaking it) to put dbl faced tape or something under it to quiet it down?
