Have you tested the Fuel pump relay or eec relay? Also trace the wires to make sure there are no breaks. In my 89 it ended up being the eec but this is rare I am told. Im not sure what year but I know they did have fusible link in some wires.

Check the cintrifical. Fuel pump switch. It will be found on the pass side floor boards under the dash. Right where the carpet stops u will see it. It should have a little red reset button. Just press it and start the truck

yo,

Test it using this Wiring Diagram in a 95

Source: by Seabronc (Rosie, Fred W) at http://broncozone.com/index.php?app=core&module=attach&section=attach&attach_rel_module=post&attach_id=5799

Ck for continuity between DG/Y and PK/BK; disconnect it and test the switch or back probe it w/staright pins on meter's clips.

if good, then go thru da drill to the pump

I can't fig out where you tested da pk/black at?

try this first;

Test & Diagram at the Diagnostic Link Connector in 84-95; "...Connect FP Relay to any ground to force the fuel pump(s) on when the key is in RUN..."
