pry the slot under the red button with a small screwdriver to pop it up - press it in when done

On the '90 it is inside the pasenger compartment on the driver's side firewall.

Here is a pic of mine.

I accidentally snapped off a little bit of the black protective ring that goes around the red button, but that makes it easier to see.
