Front Suspension Coil Springs, 78-79 Or 80-96?

I'm looking to put a four inch lift onto my 1992 Ford Bronco Nite Edition. A friend of a friend has a set from a 1979 Ford Bronco. I know that they were a solid axle back then, however, whats the difference between coil springs? Would they work for a four inch lift on my truck or no? If not, where can I buy just the coil springs? Thanks,

I do not think that they will work, but I am not that good with the newer bronco's.

You can just purchase the coil springs. I have done that from SkyJacker.
