Previous owner hit something on the driver side of my bumper its pushed In on that side and passenger side is hanging down any way to fix

Inspect both  frame mounting brackets

REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION
 

Front Bumper, F-150-250-350, F-Super Duty Chassis Cab and BroncoRemoval

  1. Support the bumper assembly and remove the four nuts (two each side) attaching the assembly to the frame mounting brackets.
  1. Carefully lower the bumper assembly from vehicle and lay it on a protective surface.
Installation

  1. Align bumper assembly mounting studs to the holes in the frame mounting brackets.
  1. Insert studs through slot in frame brackets. Loosely assemble nuts to hold front bumper (17757) to frame (5005) (side rail).
  1. Align front bumper to front fenders (16005) and sheet metal stone deflector, maintaining a parallel margin of 1 inch ± .24 inch (25.4mm ± 6mm). If rotation is an issue, use shim as required.
  1. After front bumper is aligned, tighten nuts to 88-118 Nm (65-87 ft-lb) for F-150-250-350 and Bronco. On F-Super Duty, tighten nuts to 80-120 Nm (59-88 ft-lb).
