Ford T18 transmission conversion?

I am thinking about swapping the stock 3.03 with a ford T18 out of a '79 Ford F150. Has anyone done this? Adapters I have found aftermarket are quite pricey...anyone know a stock adapter that will work?

The stock 6-cylinder might, I know it works with the NP435 conversion. The steps for the T-18 & NP conversions are identical, but I am not 100% if the adapter is the same.
