Back in the 90's I used to use Black Again on my Bronco's fiberglass top. It was perfect, made it look new and lasted for years. Most importantly, when it rained, which it seldom does here in the AZ Desert, it wouldn't run down into the paint and cause streaks. Other products I had tried did that and it's horrible when it happens. The company that made it sold out and the buyers didn't make Black Again for a while. It is available now but my information is that it is reformulated and doesn't work on the fiberglass top and might run if tried.

So, does anyone have a product that works on these tops?

Thanks, John

Hey John,

Most of the detailing guys I know say get the oxidation off with a compound and good wool pad, or alot of elbow grease. Then wash the top, be sure it's good and dry and apply Meguiars#7 glaze. They say if the top isn't oxidized, you can wash and apply #7 when dry.

Good Luck
