fender flares

thinking of putting some fender flares on new front and back body panels question is do i need to cut the panels to to have more clearance for a bigger tire size on a 4inch lift ? <)

If you have the regular Bushwacker flares, you don't cut the fenders. Just drill the holes for the screws and mount them on. If you want to run a tire larger than a 33" with A 4" lift, you can get the cutout flares. Those are more flexible, but you need to trim 2-3" around the wheel opening on each fender. Then mark and drill the holes for the cutout flares' mounting holes. The fender flares tend to rip off if you do some serious trails or in tree branches.
