I don't nor have I had this problem on any of my trucks.. however, had this issue on the girlfriends car.
Yellow/glazed headlights which look like crap and reduce lights quite a bit.. easy solution at your loacal walmart or autopart store!
Aluminum/Mag polish cleaner ..about $6 a jar
Applied one coat to my girlfriends yellow glazed headlights. Made them look nearly brand new. Did a second coat, and brand new they looked! Just gotta do small circles, working the polish into the lense, and whipe off with a soft cloth.
Better than that "headlight" kit..cheaper too
