f150 lift?

i am getting a f150 3 inch rough country lift for free, it came off a 91 will it bolt up? if not what would it take to put it on?

Ensure it is for the 6x4 model

Rough Country® 3 inch is shown for both F 150 4x4 and Broncos

1980-96 Ford F-150 / Bronco 2.5" Suspension

but they claim; "System with rear leaf springs ONLY fits F-150 models."
