i was wondering what was better the extended radius arms from JBG or the 4'' drop brackes for the stock arms. i have 3'' drop brackets now and my 38''s rub at full turn. i know the extended ones are bent so tires dont rub but can you use a drop bracket with them or do you not need them because they are longer?

with the extended arms you dont need drop brackets cause the added length makes the angle less severe. with less of an angle you will get more movement/flex/traction cause it wont start binding as soon and your wheels will stay on the ground longer in twisty situations. you should check out cages arms from cage offroad. hes been engineering bronco suspensions for years he used to work for duff i think and these are improved from the old designs. when i get the cash (around $600 i think but dont hold me to it) its whats goin under my 79. get on thier website and give em a call theyre real cool people to talk to.

it still depends on the amount of lift. the company that makes the arms you choose should be able to tell you.
