Can you install "no weld" pipes yourself? And what do you call exspensive?

Depending on where you live.plain ol dual exhaust with glass packs installed at your local exhaust pro shop should run about 100 or 200 dollars.

Or perhaps buying aftermarket dual exhaust pipes and buying glass packs from your local parts store,and install the whole thing yourself.

Now personally, I hate the sound of glass packs. So what I am going to do on my bronco is buy a pair of flowmaster muffler(love the sound) and have the exhaust shop put dual exhaust pipes with the mufflers on the end and finish it off with a 1foot long 3" exhaust tip.

I LIVE IN Tx. A family friend can probably do the welding. I want it to be loud... So that when im driving down the street at night people wake up... hehe ) where do u live? do u know of any places that are cheap? Thanks for the help.
