Engines acting up again

Today after driving on the bypass i was in city traffic and started noticing my truck felt very bogged down, I would floor it from a stop and it would hesitate then accelerate and hesitate again. Its not till like after 30 mph it stops that. Sometimes it has kind of a metal tearing/popping sound right after the hesitation ends, i just had it rebuilt last fall. Any ideas im really hoping its nothing major. Thanks

Could be the accelerator pump. (Eng. off) ...look down the air-horn & operate throttle....should see a healthy squirt.

BTW, what veh...? & what exactly did you re-build here..?
