can a 5.0 engine & transmission out of a 89 towncar fit a 90 ford bronco 4x4 i have a 5.8 in it but its had its better days

short answer no

long answer, engine may need a different oil pump and pan ( front sump to rear sump[but double check that]) and no the transmission output shaft will not mate up with your transfer case. either have someone rip it apart and put in the correct output shaft,( which will cost alot in labour) or get a different tranny, or keep the tranny thats in it cause the 5.0 and 5.8 have the same bolt pattern.
